Kickboxing is a modern combat sport that has evolved from various traditional martial arts. It focuses on striking techniques with the hands and feet. The arsenal of punching techniques is drawn largely from Western boxing (English boxing). The kicking techniques are made up of classic strikes found in many martial arts (ie: karate, taekwondo, savate, kung fu, etc.). 

The training consists of solo exercises (technical drills, shadowboxing, etc.), exercises with partners and on equipment, a good dose of physical conditioning and eventually sparring. We can therefore think of a fusion of the type of training popular in combat sports such as boxing and martial arts.

We welcome all levels of fitness and experience. Our classes are a great way to learn a fighting method, have fun and get in shape. 

There are no formal uniforms in our classes. People can train barefoot or with martial arts shoes.
